2022 Onward: Expanding B2C Success
In early 2022, our role expanded to managing Rabaconda’s entire B2C marketing strategy and day-to-day operations. We improved communication and workflow by introducing Slack for team coordination, Trello for task management, and structured weekly meetings to track goals and KPIs.

The Breakthrough: Launching a Viral Product
When Rabaconda introduced the Street Bike Tire Changer, the founder’s first Facebook video promoting the product went viral. Sensing an opportunity, Ecomdesire launched aggressive retargeting campaigns focused on people who watched the video. Despite the product being available only for pre-order, the Paid Social campaigns achieved impressive returns on ad spend (ROAS).

We followed up by directing a new Instagram video, which reached over 1.2 million people organically. With another round of targeted ads, the results surpassed expectations.

Scaling Paid Social and Diversifying Revenue
Building on this momentum, we scaled Paid Social campaigns month by month. Today, these campaigns are a key driver of Rabaconda’s revenue and brand awareness.

In addition to Paid Social, we developed two more vital revenue streams—Paid Search and Email Marketing. Both channels have contributed significantly to Rabaconda’s recent success.

Currently, Ecomdesire oversees Rabaconda’s Paid Social and Paid Search efforts, both of which are growing at over 40% annually. We also continue to provide strategic guidance to strengthen Rabaconda’s in-house marketing team and support their long-term growth.
